Sausage
Basic recipe for breakfast sausage is salt and pepper. Options include, sage, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg, parsley, and marjoram. To make it hotter add red pepper.
For one pound I will give you the measurements for all ingredients. If you don't want one or more merely omit the ones you don't want.
1 teaspoon salt, pepper, sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme,marjoram, dried parsley
1/4 red pepper, nutmeg
Start with salt and pepper and add others herbs, spices to your taste.
