Ice Cream

2 cups whole A2 milk

1 cup heavy cream (A2)

1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 1/4 cup

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

one pinch of real salt

1/2 cup Nutella

milk, cream and 1/2 cup sugar.  cook for 4-5 minutes.

whip egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar until thick.

pour 1/2 cup of warm milk mixture in with egg yolks.  add this back to warm milk along with two tablespoons of arrowroot starch.

cook and stir over low heat until it coats the back of a spoon (7-10 minutes).

add chocolate, vanilla, Nutella and salt. let stand for a minute, then stir until smooth, put in a blender if necessary.

Cover and refrigerate.

Put in ice cream freezer and get a bowl and spoon ready!!
