Chicken Recipe

This is the same as the Flat Roasted Chicken recipe,  except cut chicken into the various pieces, wings, thigh and drumstick and the breasts.  Cut the breasts each into two pieces. Debra doubles the amount of butter.  By cutting up the chicken it makes it a lot easier and you don't have to have such a large pan.  Cuttting the breasts in half will make the pieces more moist.
